有个姐妹刚结婚不久，就遭到婆婆很大的伤害。
当牧者劝这个姐妹要饶恕婆婆的时候，她捂住脸呜呜呜地哭起来。
是啊，饶恕一个人真的是很难很难。
在哪个受到伤害的人眼里，那个需要被饶恕的人不是面目可憎？
同样，那个受到伤害的人，也可能伤害过别人。在另外一个被伤害的人眼里，他（她）的面目岂不是同样可憎？
在这个世界上，每一个人都是罪人，而罪的本相就是面目可憎。
罪如果没有这么可憎，饶恕就没有这么难。否则，耶稣就不会为我们的罪钉死在十字架上了。
看一看耶稣在走向各各他的苦路上所受的折磨，看一看耶稣在冰冷的十字架上痛苦的挣扎，就只能知道我们身上的罪孽有多么地可憎！
祂本是上帝的之子，为了拯救世人来到这个世界，世人非但不欢迎祂，反而恶毒攻击祂。
神的儿子来拯救我们，我们却给祂最差的待遇、最大的敌视、最不堪忍受的凌辱、最凶残血腥的刑罚。
当祂钉在十字架上的时候，口渴难耐，我们还讥诮祂：“祂救了别人，不能救自己。祂是以色列的王，现在可以从十字架上下来，我们就信祂。祂依靠神，神若喜悦祂，现在可以救祂，因为祂曾说：‘我是神的儿子。’”（太27:42-43）
祂却对天父祷告说：“父啊，赦免他们！因为他们所作的，他们不晓得。”（路23:34）
当我们嘲讽祂的时候，却不知祂正是为了我们的罪承受刑罚，祂为我们的罪而死---
哪知祂为我们的过犯受害，为我们的罪孽压伤。因祂受的刑罚，我们得平安；因祂受的鞭伤，我们得医治。我们都如羊走迷，各人偏行己路，耶和华使我们众人的罪孽都归在祂身上。（赛53:5-6）
对于耶稣的门徒来说，每个人都该扪心自问---哪一个需要我饶恕的人，比我自己更为不堪？饶恕哪一个人需要承受的艰难，比耶稣基督饶恕我更为艰难？
饶恕一个人的确很难，只有靠来自主耶稣的力量，我们才能有饶恕他人的力量。
2005年，两个顽劣少年在加州一处森林玩耍时，恶作剧地点燃了那片山林。
他们没有想到的是，消防警察为了扑灭大火付出沉重代价，一个刚刚参加工作的年轻人不幸牺牲。
当两个少年意识到事情的严重性后，仓皇逃跑。
人们在哀悼年轻的消防员之际，也对肇事者表现出强烈的愤慨。两个少年被列为犯罪嫌疑人，受到通缉。
然而，很多人没有想到的是，那个牺牲的消防员母亲在接受记者采访时，却这样说：
我很伤心地看到我的儿子离开了我，我也曾流泪问上帝这一切是为什么。当上帝告诉我祂把自己的儿子给了我时，我知道了自己应该怎么做。我现在只想对肇事的两个孩子说几句话——你们现在一定活得很糟糕，很可能生不如死。作为这个世界上最有资格谴责你们的我，我想说，请你们回家吧，家里还有等待你们的父母。只要你们这样做了，我会宽恕你们。只要你们悔改，上帝也一定会宽恕你们。
在邻城一个小镇的一家旅馆里，两名看到节目的少年流着眼泪投案自首。在这之前，他们已买了毒药，打算自杀。
而今，两个顽劣少年已经结婚，有了自己的孩子，他们常带着孩子去看望那一位可敬的母亲。
在这件事中，那个失去儿子的母亲的话道出了她饶恕的力量来自何处----“上帝把自己的儿子给了我。”

Parabolic line SAR
According to Wilder's estimates, parabolic SARs are most suitable for trending securities, and they account for approximately 30% of the time. This means that the indicator can be easily beaten over 50% of the time or when the security is not trending. After all, SAR is designed to catch up with the trend and follow the trend like a trailing stop loss. Like most indicators, signal quality depends on the settings and characteristics of basic security. The correct settings and good trends can produce a good trading system. Wrong settings will lead to whipping, loss and frustration. There is no golden rule or one-size-fits-all setting. Each security should be evaluated based on its own characteristics. Parabolic SAR should also be used in combination with other indicators and technical analysis techniques. For example, before considering the signal, Wilder's average direction index can be used to estimate the strength of the trend.
Explanation
SAR follows the price and can be regarded as a trend-following indicator. Once the downtrend reverses and begins, SAR follows the price like a trailing stop loss. As long as the upward trend remains unchanged, the stop loss will continue to rise. In other words, SAR will never fall in an upward trend, and will continue to protect profits as prices rise. This indicator prevents the trend of lowering the stop loss. Once the price stops rising and reverses below the SAR, a downward trend begins and the SAR is higher than the price. SAR follows the price lower, just like trailing stop loss. As long as the downward trend continues, the stop loss will continue to fall. Because SAR will never rise in a downtrend, it will continue to protect the profits of short positions.

Step increment
As shown in the spreadsheet example, this step size (also known as the acceleration factor (AF)) is a multiplier that affects the rate of change of SAR. SharpCharts users can set the step size and maximum step size. As the trend expands, the step gradually increases until it reaches the maximum value set by the user. The steps determine the sensitivity of the SAR indicator.
SAR sensitivity can be reduced by reducing the step. A lower step can keep the SAR away from the price, which makes a reversal less likely. Similarly, the SAR sensitivity can be improved by increasing the step size. A higher amplitude will bring the SAR closer to the price trend, which makes a reversal more likely. If the step length is set too high, the indicator will often reverse. This will generate whiplash and fail to capture the trend.
